Position: Senior Endpoint Engineer (Intune / SCCM / Enterprise Desktop)

Location: Buffalo, NY, onsite

Duration: 12+ months

Visa: gc or citizens What You'll Need to Have Endpoint Management & OS Administration Experience managing enterprise desktop environments including OS lifecycle management, patching, device management platforms (such as Intune, SCCM, or JAMF), and endpoint policy configuration.

Advanced Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex endpoint issues escalated from service desk teams and implement long-term solutions.

Process Optimization & Automation Experience improving desktop management processes through scripting, automation, and operational improvements.

Minimum 6 years of combined higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management, or architecture.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate complex business and functional requirements into structured technical implementations.

Strong understanding of server/client and virtual technologies.

What Would Be Nice to Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Experience in a technical engineering role involving infrastructure design technologies, system design, or development for complex applications.

Strong influencing and stakeholder communication skills.

Process-oriented mindset with strong logical thinking skills.

Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a fast-paced environment.
