Job Description
Experienced Lab Chemist – Immediate Opening (ASAP)
ARSI Canada Inc. | In-Person/Hybrid
ARSI Canada Inc. is urgently expanding its research team to support a major contract project with a multinational pharmaceutical company. We are seeking an experienced Lab Chemist with strong expertise in organic synthesis and HPLC method development for immediate hire.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organic synthesis and route optimization
- HPLC method development and analytical troubleshooting
- Compound purification and characterization using HPLC, NMR, and MS
- Interpretation of analytical and experimental data
- Accurate laboratory documentation and reporting
- Collaboration with research teams and clients
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience in synthetic and analytical chemistry
- Strong hands-on experience in organic synthesis and HPLC method development is mandatory
- Experience with analytical instrumentation and purification techniques required
- MSc or PhD preferred
Compensation
Competitive salary of $75,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience, technical expertise, and overall capabilities.
Position Details:

- 20–35 hours per week
- Flexible schedule with possible weekend work
