The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in hotel operations by providing outstanding service to guests. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, ensuring accurate guest registrations, and handling payments. You'll also assist with housekeeping when needed, answer phone inquiries, and engage in continuous training programs to enhance your skills.

Requirements
