The Mission

We are not looking for "customer service." We are seeking a Retention Powerhouse and Strategic Closer to anchor a specialized unit within our Fort Myers office. As our Revenue Recovery Specialist, you will be the "Subject Matter Expert" responsible for preserving customer lifetime value, overcoming high-stakes objections, and turning potential churn into revenue growth.

Competitive Performance-Based Compensation:

  • Base Pay: $24 - $28 per hour
  • Total Earning Potential (Base + Commission): $70,000 - $85,000+ per year
  • Uncapped Commission Structure: Performance-based incentives for successful account recovery and service plan upgrades.

Responsibilities: Protect. Recover. Grow. This is a high-impact role blending strategic negotiation, premium service, and active sales. You will:

  • Drive Strategic Retention: Build relationships with high-value clients and utilize elite negotiation skills to prevent service cancellations or downgrades.
  • Execute Win-Back Campaigns: Lead targeted outbound outreach to successfully reactivate lost accounts and restore their commitment to ArqAi services.
  • Maximize Revenue Growth: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities during every interaction to enhance the client's smart home experience.
  • Master the Data: Utilize Salesforce.com to manage accounts and provide executive-level reporting on churn and recovery rates.

Qualifications

  • Proven Results: 2+ years of experience in a role where retention, sales, or revenue recovery were your primary metrics.
  • Negotiation Excellence: Proven ability to mitigate churn and maintain long-term relationships with a premium, high-expectation client base.
  • Leadership Initiative: A self-starter who drives results through dependability and wants to help build a growing team.
  • Communication Poise: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the professional tone required for luxury clientele.
  • Incentive-Driven: A self-starter who is motivated by performance-based pay and wants to help build a growing, specialized team.
