Job Description
As an Admin Accountant Executive at Arora Prem & Associates, a Chartered Accountancy Firm located in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in managing accounting tasks, tax compliance, client coordination, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage books of accounts using Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns) and TDS/TCS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q, 27EQ)
- Perform bank, vendor, and client account reconciliations
- Handle payroll accounting and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT)
- Ensure timely compliance by maintaining and tracking compliance calendars
- Support income tax return filing and assist in tax planning activities
- Assist in statutory/internal audits and financial reporting
- Coordinate with clients for documentation, invoicing, and query resolution
- Manage end-to-end invoicing processes with high accuracy (must-have)
- Actively coordinate with clients for billing, follow-ups, and financial communication (must-have)
- Handle accounts book writing with precision and completeness (must-have)
- Support administrative tasks, including coordination with HR for payroll and employee-related matters (must-have)
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a CA firm or accounting environment
