Collection Call Center Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Supervisor reports to general management, must have direct 3rd party collections experience, ideally servicing Banking Clients, and is familiar with the collection process and industry, and is capable of meeting and exceeding monthly revenue objectives set out for the team.

The supervisor must be comfortable managing a team of 3rd party collection agents, dealing with escalations from consumers, answering client inquires, and contributing to the team's strategy & success.

MAIN DUTIES

-Lead, coach, motivate and develop team members in order to achieve and surpass set objectives;

• Ensure compliance with the various policies and procedures determined by the clients and the company;
• Monitor the results and objectives of each collector under his/her supervision; identify areas for improvement and follow up on corrective actions;
• Collaborate with the Quality team to listen to calls and identify opportunities for improvement;

-Perform other job related duties as required.

THE PROFILE

Min 2 years of 3rd party collection experience, ideally leading a team of 10+ agents in a banking environment

Knowledge of the Office suite and strong ability to adapt to technology;

• Negotiation skills;
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written);
• Ability to manage time and priorities.

-Experience with the DRS platform is a plus.
