We Are Hiring: Data Scientist (Predictive Modeling & Advanced Analytics)
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Statistical Modeling, and Advanced Data Science to build high-impact analytical solutions using modern cloud and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and fine-tune machine learning, statistical, and predictive models
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, segmentation, and hypothesis testing
- Build predictive solutions for forecasting, monitoring, analytics, and business optimization
- Work with Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and curated enterprise datasets
- Collaborate with AI/ML Engineers and Data Engineers for production deployment of models
- Implement model explainability, drift monitoring, and AI governance practices
- Present analytical insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong Python programming skills
- Expertise in:
- Pandas

- Scikit-learn
- XGBoost
- TensorFlow
- PyTorch
- Strong statistical analysis and predictive modeling experience
- Good understanding of ML lifecycle, experimentation, and evaluation metrics
