Junior Accountant — Financial Reporting & Analysis

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Performs account reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Maintains financial records in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Supports audits and financial compliance activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to prepare financial reports
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with financial systems
• Communication skills

Minimum/General Experience

• 2 years to 4 years of related experience

Minimum Education

• BS/BA Degree (or equivalent)
