Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Noida. The Writer will craft clear, engaging, and technically accurate content for a variety of formats, including web pages, product documentation, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching AI and data-related topics, interviewing subject matter experts, and translating complex concepts into accessible narratives for technical and business audiences. The Writer will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, supports go-to-market initiatives, and communicates product value. The role also involves revising and editing existing content, maintaining style and terminology consistency, and contributing ideas for new content formats and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills with experience in technology, AI, data, or B2B enterprise content.
• Proficiency in research, including synthesizing technical documentation, industry reports, and stakeholder input into clear narratives.
• Experience creating structured content for multiple channels (web, blogs, product documentation, marketing collateral, presentations).
• Ability to edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, tone, and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and interviewing subject matter experts to gather detailed information.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with AI, data platforms, cloud technologies, or enterprise software is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with basic SEO principles, content management systems, and version control tools is an asset.
