The Infrastructure Support Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise‑level server environments with a focus on security vulnerability remediation. The primary objective is to identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities while ensuring overall system stability, patch compliance, and audit readiness.

Proficiency with SCCM for deployment, patching, and configuration management.
Ability to identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities across large server ecosystems.

Maintain patch compliance across environments and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
Support infrastructure optimization and tuning initiatives, including MySQL platform tuning where applicable.
Participate in ongoing improvement of security posture through monitoring, reporting, and remediation activities.
