We’re looking for a Senior Azure Databricks AI Engineer to design and operationalize enterprise-grade GenAI, RAG & MCP-based solutions in a governed Azure environment.

🔑 Technical Must-Have Skills:

• Azure Databricks (Advanced)
• Unity Catalog (Governance, Lineage, Access Control)
• RAG / Agentic AI Patterns (Embeddings, Chunking, Indexing, Evaluation)
• Model Context Protocol (MCP) – Server/Adapter Build
• Vector Search & Model Serving
• Azure ADLS Gen2, ADF Pipelines
• Azure Key Vault, Event Hub / Service Bus
• Azure DevOps / CI-CD Pipelines
• Strong SQL & Medallion Architecture (Bronze–Silver–Gold, ACID)

⭐ Core Competencies:

✔ Build GenAI-ready datasets & embeddings pipelines

✔ Design & secure MCP servers (tool schemas, safety guardrails, RBAC)

✔ Integrate MCP with Unity Catalog, Delta Tables & Vector Search

✔ Implement Data Governance, PII/PHI controls & secure sharing

✔ Operationalize ML workloads using MLflow, Feature Store

✔ Enable observability via Azure Monitor & Log Analytics

✔ Automate deployments using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions

🧠 Ideal Candidate:

• Strong in Azure ML + Databricks + GenAI Engineering
• Experience building enterprise AI agent integrations
• Hands-on with Delta Live Tables, Workflows & DevOps automation
