Field Service Technician for Ice Merchandiser Repairs and Maintenance

Become a pivotal Field Service Technician responsible for maintaining ice merchandisers. Engage with customers while ensuring top functionality through expert repairs and refurbishing.

This role reports to the Senior Production Manager, focusing on repairing and maintaining ice merchandisers at various locations. With at least two years of experience in refrigeration, you will build positive customer relationships while adhering to safety protocols. Your expertise will contribute significantly to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ULC guidelines in all repairs
• Troubleshoot and service merchandiser breakdowns
• Refurbish in-field merchandisers efficiently
• Repair and maintain special event trailers
• Foster strong customer relationships with clients

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in refrigeration equipment
• Valid driver's license minimum class G required
• Ability to use power tools safely
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends
