Role Description The Assistant Manager Mechanical is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the mechanical operations across various product lines, ensuring the smooth workflow of production activities, and overseeing maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
The Assistant
Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, ensure compliance with safety standards, and monitor quality benchmarks. Additionally, the role requires providing technical support, supervising subordinate staff, and ensuring timely execution of production schedules.
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in Mechanical Engineering, including experience with CNC machining, Die Casting, Laser Cutting, and Welding technologies.
- Proficient in Engineering Design using software tools and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimizing mechanical systems and processes.
- Team leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in managing teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
- A keen understanding of quality control standards and safety regulations in manufacturing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field is required.
- Prior experience in industries such as Automotive, Pharma, or Precision Engineering is advantageous.
