Archer Content Excellence Manager

Overview

The Content Excellence Manager serves as the “Expert-in-the-Loop” manager, responsible for driving excellence in AI-assisted content curation and expert review processes across the enterprise. This role spans both internal and external operations—overseeing content quality, workflow optimization, and collaboration with clients and partners.

Operating at the intersection of RegTech, AI-driven automation, and human expertise, this leader ensures that curated content and regulatory intelligence meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and contextual relevance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution
  • Lead teams within the Expert-in-the-Loop (EITL) framework, executing company defined processes that combine human expertise with AI-driven curation and validation.
  • Execute compliant business processes that enhance regulatory content accuracy and efficiency.
  • Drive alignment between AI systems, internal curation teams, and PS-led client delivery functions.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate business needs into intelligent automation and workflow features.
  • Internal Content Curation & QA Management
  • Manage internal expert teams responsible for regulatory and compliance management related content curation.
  • Oversee quality assurance pipelines, ensuring AI-generated or AI-augmented content meets required accuracy thresholds.
  • Execute feedback loops that continuously improve model outputs and domain-specific accuracy.
  • Produce metrics and dashboards to monitor quality, throughput, and compliance integrity across curation operations.
  • Collaborate with PS to ensure curated content aligns with client implementation frameworks and business rules.
  • Quality, Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure the governance model for expert-in-the-loop and AI-assisted review workflows.
  • Follow auditable standards for regulatory accuracy, traceability, and accountability in content pipelines.
  • Execute continuous improvement programs to enhance AI interpretability, QA efficiency, and compliance assurance.
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, and PS teams to ensure that all processes meet global regulatory and contractual standards.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school or similar Required
  • 3+ years of demonstrated focus on legal technology—through coursework, clinics, research, or work experience—applying modern tools and methods to improve legal workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong legal analysis and writing skills with hands-on comfort evaluating, implementing, and using technology such as contract lifecycle management (CLM), eDiscovery, legal research platforms, document automation, knowledge management, and AI-assisted review, and can translate legal requirements into practical product/process improvements in partnership with engineers, compliance, and operations teams.
  • 2+ years of experience in RegTech and LegalTech operations, or content curation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading hybrid (AI + human) content or regulatory compliance data workflows.
  • Proven success managing distributed, multicultural teams and client-facing operations.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and audit principles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and operational design skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with AI/ML-based document processing, regulatory obligation extraction, or expert validation of workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with Professional Services operations in enterprise or SaaS contexts.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, Law/Legal, Regulatory Science, Knowledge Management, or related discipline.
  • Track record of implementing measurable improvements in content accuracy, process efficiency, and client satisfaction.
