Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial matters between assigned clients and Arcesium - Build and maintain client business plans to optimize lifetime client value - Provide attention and global coverage to clients in various locations - Capture and explore upsell opportunities with drive, ambition, and motivation - Understand each client's business deeply to anticipate needs and provide thoughtful recommendations - Negotiate fees, service levels, and contracts through structured conversations - Ensure clients are aware of Arcesium's existing and new capabilities - Lead periodic client visits with relevant members of the Arcesium management team and key client stakeholders - Oversee all invoicing and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and consistency Qualifications Required: - At least 5-8 years of relevant client-facing account management, sales, consulting, or client support experience - Background in financial services or financial technology preferred - Assertive self-starter with excellent presentation and relationship building skills - Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization - Organized, methodical, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment - Expert user of Microsoft Office tools - Bachelor's degree with a strong academic and professional achievement record - Passion for technology highly desirable Arcesium is a global financial technology firm that values intellectual curiosity, proactive ownership, and collaboration.
