Community and Environmental Analyst with Strong ESG Insights

As a key member of the environmental team, you will report to the VP of Environment and Community Relations. Your role includes compiling data, assessing compliance risks, and proposing improvements based on your analyses. Your contributions will play a significant part in developing reporting frameworks and management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile environmental and sustainability metrics and reports
• Identify non-compliance risks through data analysis
• Analyze root causes and propose improvement strategies
• Create monitoring tools for social and environmental performance
• Participate in the implementation of ESG management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as environmental science
• 2-3 years of experience in environmental/community sectors
• Relevant heavy industry or mining experience is a plus
• Proficient analytical capabilities and knowledge of data tools
• Fluency in French; knowledge of English is advantageous
