Production Manager - Production Manager, Metal Fabrication Shop

ARCADIA FARMS LLC seeks a Production Manager to lead Beverage & Food Operations within our Manufacturing & Production department. This role oversees daily kitchen and prep production, scheduling, and quality control for our cafe, marketplace, and catering lines. You’ll manage inventory, streamline processes, and ensure food safety and consistency across all offerings while supporting farm-to-table standards.

Partner closely with culinary, catering, and front-of-house teams to meet demand, reduce waste, and maintain sustainability goals in a warm, community-focused environment.
