High-Pressure Gas Plant Operator

Become a vital part of the field operations team as a Plant Operator, focusing on safety and efficiency in a high-pressure gas environment. This role emphasizes monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment to achieve production goals and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Area Foreman, you will guide the operational staff and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the safe operation of equipment, managing maintenance activities, and promptly responding to any operational issues. Adaptability and strong analytical skills will play a key role in this challenging environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Adjust operations based on input rate changes
• Conduct routine maintenance on gas facilities
• Document production changes and incidents
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for modifications
• Meet WHMIS, ABSA, and ASME compliance Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in oil and gas operations
• 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate required
• Familiarity with dehydration and compression equipment
• Certifications in H2S Alive and WHMIS preferred
