Business Analyst – SAP / EDW Reporting

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP data, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) reporting, Snowflake, Tableau/Power BI, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, analytics reporting, and project coordination to deliver business insights and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for analytics and reporting solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and support analytics and reporting solutions using Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Analyze SAP data models and EDW data structures to ensure accurate reporting and insights.
• Coordinate with data engineers, BI developers, and project managers to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytical insights for business decision-making.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
• Participate in project planning, project tracking, and delivery management.
• Conduct UAT support, documentation, and user training for reporting solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with SAP data and EDW reporting environments.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse.
• Strong experience with Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and business processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in enterprise analytics or reporting programs.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or ECC data models.
• Experience working in Agile or project-based environments.
• Strong project coordination or project management experience.
