They also contribute to daily report completion and the maintenance of food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.

- Storing food in a correct and hygienic manner helps to prevent waste and save money.
- Cater to patrons' dining needs by adhering to meal schedules and departmental protocols.
- Kitchen Knives: Appropriate use and maintenance of kitchen knives.
- Speedy Food Prep: Guarantee swift preparation of various food items and drinks.
- Enhance the overall dining experience and customer satisfaction by incorporating visually appealing garnishes.
- Provide aid in cleaning and maintaining refrigerators, freezers, and cooking and serving equipment.
- Upholding Food Safety Measures: Maintain the highest level of adherence to food safety regulations, covering aspects such as cleanliness, appropriate food handling, and effective storage techniques.
- Adhere strictly to the enforced uniform policy without deviation.
- Daily contact with the manager is necessary in Menu Coordination to grasp and accurately organize the day's menu.
- Proper Food Temperature Management: Implement measures to manage and monitor the temperatures of food items effectively.
- Promote cleanliness in the work environment by maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
- Hygiene standards: Uphold cleanliness by sanitizing work areas, including steam tables, surfaces, and machinery.
- General Cleaning: Adhere to cleanliness protocols by carrying out tasks like sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes.
- Preserve the cleanliness of garbage collection sites and kitchen floor spaces.
- Bonus Responsibilities: Take on extra duties as necessary, potentially including providing support in other areas of the kitchen.
Physical Demands:
- Required tasks include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged periods of walking and standing.
- Following the dress code and utilizing the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed.
Qualifications
- Food Service Certification.
- Education & Skills: Required education or training to understand, draft, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Being adept at working under pressure means having the ability to efficiently and effectively handle tasks in stressful situations.

- Preferably, candidates will have a high school diploma or comparable credential.
