We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager – Building Construction. If you have a strong background in civil engineering and hands-on experience in managing building construction projects, we would love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring quality execution, and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires effective supervision of workforce, efficient resource utilization, and timely project delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily work activities of construction workers and subcontractors safely and efficiently
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, plans, and specifications
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and material consumption
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers
• Maintain quality control for RCC, masonry, and finishing works
• Identify and resolve on-site issues, delays, and technical challenges efficiently
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and statutory requirements
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from reputed institution

✔ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction supervision

✔ In-depth knowledge of building construction processes and techniques

✔ Strong knowledge of building construction processes, materials and safety practices

✔ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

✔ Good leadership and team management skills

✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills

✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools)
