Key Responsibilities: - Define and strengthen brand positioning, values, messaging, and tone of voice. - Develop and execute long-term brand strategy to enhance visibility and brand equity. - Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communication touchpoints. - Build and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, social, offline, PR, and events. - Lead campaign planning for product launches, brand initiatives, and growth programs. - Manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars aligned with business goals. - Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and performance campaigns. - Drive engagement, followers, and brand reach through impactful digital storytelling. - Lead brand communication across various channels such as websites, social media, email, brochures, ads, and corporate presentations. - Conceptualize and execute 360 brand campaigns including digital, on-ground, and print. - Conduct competitive analysis, consumer insights research, and market trend studies. - Manage relationships with creative agencies, digital partners, PR agencies, production teams, and other vendors. - Lead, mentor, and guide a team of marketers, designers, and content creators. Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - Prior experience in Hospital Sector for complete Marketing activities. - 6-10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or integrated communications. - Proven experience leading brand campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. - Strong understanding of brand strategy, customer insights, and content storytelling. - Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills. - Experience managing agencies and leading cross-functional teams. Good-to-Have: - Experience in digital-first brands, consumer industries, tech, D2C, or B2B sectors. - Ability to analyze data and insights to drive decisions. - Knowledge of performance marketing, social media analytics, and branding tools. - Exposure to event marketing, influencer marketing, or PR.
