As a Training Coordinator, your role will involve managing various aspects related to recruitment, training, and employee engagement in the automotive industry, with a preference for Wiring Harness experience. Your major accountabilities will include:
- **Recruitment**:
- Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
- Collecting Manpower Requirements from functional head and coordinating recruitments internally with external recruitment consultants at the operator level
- Building applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
- Coordinating to fill up vacant positions in the shop floor on time and maintaining a data bank for future manpower requirements
- **Training & Development**:
- Identifying, examining, and assessing the training needs within the organization
- Conducting training sessions for employees focusing on specific job roles
- Educating trainees on skills related to normal processes, special tasks, and key stations
- Holding meetings and presentations on learning materials when necessary
- Planning and designing training activities for both new hires and veteran employees
- Assisting employees in improving or enhancing their existing skills
- Planning and developing monitored simulations and problem-solving scenarios
- Ensuring the creation of creative, interactive, multimedia presentations
- Conducting workshops, seminars, and lectures
- Maintaining accurate training records and collecting feedback from employees on training effectiveness
