Must Have Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
- Typically requires 5+ years of experience.
- Proven experience as Server Administrator
- Primary expertise in tools like Workforce one. Secondary skillset would be JAMF
- Proficient in Server configuration and scripting
- Knowledge of Workspace One, Tanium, Jamf and other server access & security profile configuration
- Extensive experience with MacOS Servers & Knowledge of Server Virtualization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage Mac Server administration tasks and maintain servers up to date in compliance
with Security Controls and compliance Hands on managing MacOS Servers and their patching schedules
in a Data Center Environment
Expertise in Workforce One or JAMF
- Solid understanding of Server Administration concepts
- Must be familiar with MacOS Server Scripting and automation of software patch installations
and security software updates
- Collaborating with the MacSupport Team to understand Server Management plan in a DC
- Ensuring Servers are running up to security software and OS
- Solid knowledge of DHCP, Server IP Configuration and ability to resolve Network
Identification/IP conflicts
- Knowledge of Managed OS and Software packaging and installation
