Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of projects by defining objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items; escalate concerns and support mitigation planning.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Ensure projects adhere to defined processes, quality standards, and organizational policies.
- Prepare and deliver concise project status updates for leadership and stakeholder reviews.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into structured analysis or reporting needs.
- Support development and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and standard reports using BI tools.
- Perform data validation, basic testing, and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of analytics outputs.
- Partner with senior analysts to support analytics initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist in educating stakeholders on interpretation and usage of reports and dashboards.
Qualification Required:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business analysis, operations analytics, or similar roles. Exposure to working in structured project or program environments.
- Skills & Competencies: Foundational understanding of project management concepts, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, experience working with data using tools like SQL, Excel, or BI platforms, ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches, familiarity with operational or manufacturing environments, logical and analytical thinking, strong written and verbal communication skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams.
