🚀 Now Hiring: Amazon Connect / AWS Developer

Fully Remote | Anywhere in Canada

We’re looking for an Amazon Connect / AWS Developer to design, build, and support scalable contact centre solutions using AWS best practices. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in strong architecture, clean implementation, and secure cloud environments.

What you’ll work on:

• Architecting Amazon Connect contact flows, IVRs, and routing profiles
• Integrating Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda and DynamoDB
• Developing AWS-based solutions using Java and Node.js
• Deploying infrastructure using CloudFormation or Terraform
• Monitoring, optimizing, and ensuring high availability across AWS environments
• Maintaining clear technical documentation and supporting existing solutions

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS architecture
• Strong development skills in Java and Node.js
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code
• Solid understanding of AWS security and monitoring best practices
