Role Overview:

Would you like to play a critical part in the revolution of human-computer interaction and contribute to the advancement of a product that is redefining this interaction As a member of the Actuals Processing team within AIML Data Operations, you will work with a high-performing and fast-paced team to develop valuable products and features that delight customers. Your mission will be to build a scalable, transparent, and measurable process to handle the development of human annotated assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage annotations operations invoicing/actuals process and continuously improve the process and communication with the global team.
  • Lead processes for budget allocation, budget management, and forecast preparation.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of actuals in the invoicing process.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the Actuals process and associated datasets for cost attribution, tracking, and budget management.
  • Develop and own the roadmap for invoicing process tool enhancements.
  • Design and develop operational and executive-level reports and dashboards to support operational planning and critical metric tracking.
  • Take ownership of developing high-quality quarterly and annual reports tailored for leadership audiences.
  • Ensure all team activities are conducted in adherence to approved company operating policies and foster a culture of compliance.

Qualifications Required:

  • Master's degree required, preferably an MBA (Finance), M.Stat, or MSc in Economics with a strong academic record.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Data Analysis, Business/Finance Operations, and Program Management.
  • Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard development, data visualization, and working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Experience in setting up training and recommending standard methodologies for process efficiency.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in delivery of large business improvement projects through Lean Six Sigma.
  • Proven expertise in building financial models and data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel and VBA Macros.
  • Strong ability to understand and document detailed use cases and business requirements.
  • Proven track record of driving outcomes through collaborative engagement in matrixed environments.
