In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of high-impact web experiences, ensuring our CMS remains healthy, scalable, and user-friendly. Rather than just executing updates, you will manage the intake of stakeholder requests and enforce a content lifecycle strategy. You will also play a critical role in empowering other teams through distributed authoring, ensuring our global web footprint is consistent, modern, and optimized for conversion.</p> <h3 data-section-id="zveojf" data-start="1171" data-end="1197">In this role, you will:</h3> <ul data-start="1199" data-end="2953"> <li data-section-id="1j6y2uy" data-start="1199" data-end="1327">Oversee the end-to-end production and launch of high-quality web pages, ensuring they are optimized for the B2B buyer journey.</li> <li data-section-id="9grcse" data-start="1329" data-end="1461">Partner with Content and Product Marketing teams to ensure web content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with company strategy.</li> <li data-section-id="15e5beh" data-start="1463" data-end="1549">Partner with the SEO/AEO team to ensure web content is optimized for organic growth.</li> <li data-section-id="9ulpqd" data-start="1551" data-end="1655">Partner with creative agencies to ensure visual assets are delivered on time and aligned to web needs.</li> <li data-section-id="fhn4gl" data-start="1657" data-end="1775">Lead webpage localization efforts, ensuring a seamless and culturally relevant experience for international markets.</li> <li data-section-id="11k7zwf" data-start="1777" data-end="1910">Manage workflows between internal teams and external translation agencies to ensure high-quality, timely localized content updates.</li> <li data-section-id="y33273" data-start="1912" data-end="2008">Manage the web component library within the CMS, ensuring technical stability and consistency.</li> <li data-section-id="tdrdn4" data-start="2010" data-end="2138">Monitor and maintain overall CMS health, collaborating with Web Engineering to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.</li> <li data-section-id="o1890s" data-start="2140" data-end="2295">Act as the primary point of contact for internal web requests, developing a clear prioritization framework to align web updates with business objectives.</li> <li data-section-id="8414qb" data-start="2297" data-end="2421">Build a regular cadence with regional marketing leads to provide visibility into the web roadmap and production timelines.</li> <li data-section-id="1m226ek" data-start="2423" data-end="2552">Develop and enforce a global content lifecycle process, including regular audits, refreshes, and archiving of outdated content.</li> <li data-section-id="is25vn" data-start="2554" data-end="2691">Partner with the performance team to lead conversion rate optimization efforts on key landing pages through message and layout testing.</li> <li data-section-id="1cpavf5" data-start="2693" data-end="2843">Design and lead training programs to enable cross-functional and regional teams to perform self-service content updates within a governed framework.</li> <li data-section-id="1ivilq5" data-start="2845" data-end="2953">Create and maintain CMS documentation and guides to ensure high-quality execution across the organization.</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="1xmpul9" data-start="2955" data-end="2973">Qualifications:</h3> <ul data-start="2975" data-end="3802"> <li data-section-id="1x4rlo5" data-start="2975" data-end="3073">7+ years of related experience in web content management, with a strong focus on the B2B sector.</li> <li data-section-id="se911r" data-start="3075" data-end="3154">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li> <li data-section-id="h5438o" data-start="3156" data-end="3273">Deep expertise in enterprise-level CMS platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or similar platforms.</li> <li data-section-id="1fx2scp" data-start="3275" data-end="3350">Strong understanding of how design systems power modern web architecture.</li> <li data-section-id="ikk0yd" data-start="3352" data-end="3456">Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments and streamlining web production workflows.</li> <li data-section-id="1ap2xmg" data-start="3458" data-end="3574">Experience managing web content intake, prioritization, localization, governance, and content lifecycle processes.</li> <li data-section-id="11g95kx" data-start="3576" data-end="3660">Familiarity with web performance, SEO/AEO, CRO, and analytics-driven optimization.</li> <li data-section-id="1g7od3k" data-start="3662" data-end="3802">Clear and compelling communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable insights for stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-MB1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Tools and Resources&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Training and Development: During onboarding, we focus on equipping new hires with the skills and knowledge for success through department-specific training.
