Job Purpose:

To enhance the in-store customer experience and drive sales by creating attractive, brand-aligned visual displays and maintaining high visual merchandising standards across the store.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Visual Presentation

• Execute visual merchandising guidelines as per brand standards
• Create appealing window displays and in-store layouts
• Ensure mannequins are styled according to current trends and promotions
• Maintain consistency in brand image across all sections

2. Product Display & Layout

• Plan and implement product placement to maximize visibility and sales
• Ensure proper categorization, color blocking, and size availability on the floor
• Regularly refresh displays to keep the store visually engaging

3. Sales Support

• Align displays with ongoing promotions, offers, and seasonal themes
• Analyze customer behavior and adjust displays to improve conversion
• Work closely with sales team to highlight fast-moving products

4. Store Audits & Standards

• Conduct regular VM audits to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness, lighting, and signage standards
• Ensure fixtures, props, and display materials are well maintained

5. Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with store and warehouse teams for stock availability
• Assist in store launches, events, and promotional setups
• Train store staff on basic VM standards and display upkeep

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sense of fashion, styling, and current trends
• Creativity and eye for detail
• Knowledge of color coordination and space planning
• Basic understanding of retail sales dynamics
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Designing, or related field (preferred)
