<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and build scalable, cloud-based solutions that power our core platform.</li>
<li>Translate high-level product requirements into technical decisions regarding stack, architecture, and infrastructure.</li>
<li>Contribute to product roadmaps with realistic estimates and innovative solutions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with a small, senior team where everyone codes, reviews, and contributes.</li>
<li>Help shape our engineering practices, tools, and culture as we grow.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>12+</strong> years in software development, including <strong>6+</strong> years in senior or lead roles.</li>
<li>Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-grade cloud solutions.</li>
<li>Strong background with:</li>
<ul>
<li><strong>.NET Core</strong>, <strong>C#</strong>, <strong>Entity Framework</strong> (<strong>EF Core</strong>), <strong>LINQ</strong>, and <strong>Dependency Injection</strong> (<strong>DI</strong>)</li>
<li><strong>Angular</strong> and <strong>REST</strong></li>
<li><strong>PostgreSQL</strong> and <strong>Elasticsearch</strong></li>
</ul>
<li>Familiarity with modern distributed systems and event-driven design (<strong>Kafka</strong>, <strong>Kafka Connect</strong>, <strong>Redis</strong>, <strong>Hangfire</strong>, etc.) is a plus.</li>
<li>Extra points for experience with:</li>
<ul>
<li><strong>GraphQL</strong> and <strong>gRPC</strong></li>
<li><strong>Domain-Driven Design</strong> and <strong>Multi-Domain Enterprise Software</strong></li>
</ul>
<li>Familiarity with DevOps techniques and technologies:</li>
<ul>
<li>Infrastructure As Code (<strong>IAC</strong>), Deployment <strong>Pipelines</strong>, <strong>YAML</strong>, <strong>Kubernetes</strong>, and <strong>Docker</strong></li>
</ul>
<li>Comfortable working in a remote startup environment:</li>

<li><strong>Adaptable</strong> to quickly changing priorities</li>
<li><strong>Resourceful</strong> in prioritizing deliveries</li>

<li>Excellent communication skills, able to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
