Manage and maintain RHEL systems.
- Develop, maintain and optimize Ansible playbooks for automation and configuration management.
- Perform system updates, patching, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and security.
- Document procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Red Hat Enterprise System administration.
- Hands-on expertise with Ansible.
- Strong troubleshooting and system management skills.
- Knowledge of virtualization, networking fundamentals, and security best practices.
Preferred
- Experience in financial services.
- Experience with scripting, CI/CD, cloud, or containers.
Soft Skills
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail oriented.
