🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Store Operations Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, ensure smooth functioning, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Oversee complete store operations across all categories (Grocery, FMCG, Fresh, Dairy, Beverages)

Ensure proper stock management, replenishment, and inventory control

Reduce shrinkage, wastage, and pilferage

Lead, train, and manage store staff (floor staff, cashiers, helpers)

Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve complaints

Coordinate with local vendors and distributors in Kolkata for timely supply

Monitor daily sales, billing, and operational KPIs

Ensure proper visual merchandising and store cleanliness

Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and retail standards

👤 Requirements

3–7 years of experience in retail / supermarket / hypermarket (preferred in Kolkata market)

Strong leadership and team handling skills

Knowledge of POS systems, billing software, and inventory tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
