As an HR Intern or Junior HR Coordinator/HR Executive at our company, you will be playing a crucial role in supporting various HR functions. - Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes such as job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and selection support.
- Support employee onboarding to ensure a smooth experience, including preparing and issuing employment-related documents.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within HRMS and company databases.
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and assist in leave management and payroll processing.
- Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and training sessions to enhance workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and assist in HR policy implementation.
- Generate HR reports, maintain HR trackers, and provide data insights to support decision-making.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine employee queries and escalate complex HR matters when necessary.
- *Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, Management, or related fields.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
