We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Functional Analyst with deep expertise in SAP

Digital Manufacturing (DM), Production Planning (PP) and/or Materials Management (MM) to

join our global IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and validating

functional business requirements, designing and configuring SAP solutions, and ensuring

seamless integration across systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on both

regional and global projects, driving innovation while ensuring compliance with client IT Solution Delivery Methodology.

This is a hands-on role that combines functional expertise, solution design, stakeholder

engagement, and technical leadership to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that support our

supply chain and manufacturing operations.

Job Description

• Work with leading technologies from SAP and the latest integration and support packages.
• Lead requirements gathering, validation, and documentation for SAP Digital Manufacturing, PP and/or MM solution components.
• Work as part of a regional or global project team and assist the project manager in successfully delivering solutions following proprietary IT Solution delivery methodology.
• Participate in global projects that span process teams including MFG, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Aftersales.
• Collaborate with cross functional analysts on the design, development, testing, deployment, and user training of SAP solutions for applications.
• Lead and support the SAP functional needs for SAP implementation and Application
• Management projects, including business and functional processes gap analysis (including customization), documentation and configuration and adhering to requirements of different SDLC methodologies available at client (including Agile).
• Ensure the solution has comprehensive testing approach and validation of end-to-end processes, guiding and working collaboratively with Quality Assurance teams.
• Work on larger scale global and regional implementations as well as smaller, faster innovation challenges.
• Provide Application Management support, leading the troubleshooting of issues in production for the areas of functional expertise, working closely and coordinating investigation of problems with ABAP developers, Basis Administrators, Infrastructure and Operations teams.
• Support the introduction of new solutions to business customers as well as transitioning stable solutions to the sustain operations organization.
• Create process documents.
• Advise the team on best practices.
• Maintain expertise in SAP configuration / customization tools and techniques.
