Technical Consultant - MS Fabric & D365 F&O (Construction Sector)

Role Overview: Apexso is the execution engine for high-stakes digital transformations. We are hiring a specialized Technical Consultant to join a project for a major construction client. Your mission is to perform ad-hoc modifications and architectural changes within Microsoft Fabric , specifically targeting data flowing from an existing Dynamics 365 F&O environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Fabric Engineering: Modify and optimize Data Factory pipelines and Synapse Data Engineering tasks within the Fabric ecosystem.
• F&O Integration: Manage the "Link to Fabric" feature, ensuring seamless, low-latency data synchronization from D365 F&O to OneLake.
• Schema Optimization: Adjust Delta Lake schemas to accommodate construction-specific data points (Job costing, sub-contractor ledgers, etc.).
• Ambiguity Debugging: Identify and resolve synchronization "drifts" between the ERP and the Analytics layer.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of deep technical experience in data engineering or ERP architecture.
• Expertise in Microsoft Fabric: (OneLake, Data Factory, and Spark).
• Deep D365 F&O Knowledge: Familiarity with F&O Data Entities and the Synapse Link.
• Domain Experience: Experience in Construction or Heavy Industry data models is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Problem Solver: Ability to work autonomously and provide "Engineering Certainty" on ad-hoc requests.
