Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Specialist to join our industry-leading BPO team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, resolving their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally via designated channels. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve high satisfaction and first-call resolution. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools. Consistently meet or exceed personal and team customer service targets. Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
Requirements Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) or Any Graduate.
Experience: More than 6 months of proven experience in the BPO sector. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Active listening skills and the ability to adapt to different customer personalities. Comfortable and fully willing to work strictly in Night Shifts.
Compensation &
Benefits Salary: ₹21,000 to ₹31,000 per month (Final offer is commensurate with overall BPO experience and interview performance).
Incentives: Lucrative, performance-based incentives on top of the base salary.
