Experienced CNC Setup Machinist Needed

This role, reporting to the Production Supervisor, calls for at least 5 years of CNC machining experience, emphasizing technical drawing interpretation and independent setups. You will manage CNC operations with a focus on optimizing performance while ensuring all output meets tight specifications. Your contributions will foster an environment of continuous improvement through documentation and shared knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex setups and adjustments independently
• Load and modify CNC programs for efficiency
• Validate parts before production release
• Document setup improvements for future reference
• Provide shift handovers and support to team members

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in CNC machining
• DEP in CNC Machining or similar qualification
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• Background in metalworking or aerospace preferred
