Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Intune Administrator to manage and support endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune. The role involves device enrollment, security policy management, application deployment, and ensuring compliance across corporate devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for device and application management.

Configure and manage device enrollment (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS).

Implement and maintain security and compliance policies.

Deploy applications, updates, and patches via Intune.

Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).

Monitor device compliance and generate reports.

Troubleshoot endpoint and policy-related issues.

Integrate Intune with Azure AD and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Ensure endpoint security using conditional access and security baselines.

Collaborate with IT and security teams for endpoint protection strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.

Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

Experience with device management across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.

Understanding of MDM, MAM, and endpoint security best practices.

Experience in application packaging and deployment.

Knowledge of conditional access policies and compliance configurations.

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.

Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102: Endpoint Administrator).

Experience with Microsoft Defender, Autopilot, and security baselines.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).

Familiarity with hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).

Experience

6-8 years of experience in endpoint management or similar roles
