As a Project Manager / Project Lead for Data Center Cabling Design & Implementation, you will be responsible for driving cutting-edge projects in India. Your role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Data Center cabling projects, from design to execution, ensuring adherence to global standards. You will strategically plan projects, allocate resources efficiently, and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver top-tier quality installations. Your expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, strong financial acumen, and exceptional leadership skills will be essential in meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of Data Center cabling projects, including design, specifications, team planning, deployment, and execution
- Strategically plan projects with meticulous resource allocation and forecasting
- Lead telecom cabling projects, collaborating with clients, EPCMs, consultants, and other agencies to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage financial aspects, job forecasting, and project monitoring, providing regular updates and reports
- Oversee Health & Safety processes, ensuring compliance during project execution
- *Qualifications Required:**
- Minimum 7-12 years of experience in Data Center cabling and infrastructure projects
- Proven expertise in managing multiple Data Center cabling projects simultaneously
- Strong financial acumen and track record in project planning, monitoring, and control
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
- In-depth knowledge of Data Center cabling standards and infrastructure, including structured cabling systems, fiber optics, and voice cabling
- Experience with IT infrastructure in Data Center core cabling and associated systems
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and team members
