• Platform Administration:Configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft 365 services to ensure secure,reliable, and scalable operations.
• Governance &Compliance: Implement and enforce governance policies across M365 workloads,including data loss prevention (DLP), retention policies, access controls, andauditing.
• User Enablement: Educateand support end users on best practices, tools, and features to fosterresponsible usage and improve productivity.
• Monitoring & Reporting:Continuously monitor service health, usage patterns, and compliance metrics.Generate actionable reports and dashboards.
• Integration &Automation: Leverage PowerShell, Graph API, and other tools to automateadministrative tasks and integrate M365 with other enterprise systems.
• Collaboration: Partner withbusiness units and IT teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, anddeliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Lifecycle Management:Manage user provisioning, license assignments, and group policies across theMicrosoft 365 ecosystem.RequirementsMinimum of 3years administering Microsoft 365 services with a strong focus on governance,security, and compliance. Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft EntraID, and Power Platform integration is a plus.Skills:o Proficiency in Microsoft365 admin centers and tools (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID).o Strong understanding ofcompliance frameworks and governance models.o Experience with scriptingand automation using PowerShell and Graph API.o Ability to analyze andinterpret usage data and compliance reports.o Familiarity with identityand access management, conditional access, and MFA.
