Role Overview:

As a Technical Business Analyst in the Tech Pacific Domain at ANZ, you play a crucial role in leading business analysis activities for complex projects. • Facilitate team-based discussions, learn ANZ release processes, and adopt Agile ways of working
• Support team members, develop relationships, and participate in Guilds/CoPs

Qualifications Required:

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking Domain
• Experience in leading and managing end-to-end mobile platform projects
• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to define and validate technical solutions
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory environment
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable system capabilities
• Proficiency in requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, IBM DOORS, etc.
• Experience in facilitating workshops, eliciting and refining requirements, and participating in Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong communication skills to act as a key liaison between business and IT teams
