As an Executive Learning & Development at House of Fitness Pvt. Ltd., the Master Franchise of Anytime Fitness, LLC., you will be responsible for various key tasks related to learning and development. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of corporate and club-level employees to ensure a high-performing workforce. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the implementation and management of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Supporting in designing, developing, and updating training content in collaboration with internal stakeholders (SMEs).
- Conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps across employees.
- Delivering engaging training sessions through various mediums such as classroom training, on-the-job training, and virtual sessions.
- Coordinating and executing onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Supporting in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR and operational processes.
- Tracking and evaluating training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintaining training records, reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Assisting in organizing workshops, seminars, and other learning initiatives.
- Collaborating with external trainers/vendors when required.
- Contributing to employee engagement and capability-building initiatives.
- Supporting leadership and team development programs to enhance overall performance.
- Ensuring continuous improvement in training processes and content.
