Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager Medical at Ansell, you will play a crucial role in driving real impact in the medical vertical within your territory. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Growing revenue & market share by hunting for new hospitals, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers, and converting them to Ansell's premium range through targeted sales and recurrent business.
  • Building loyal relationships with end users such as surgeons, purchase heads, and infection control teams, as well as distributors, by becoming the go-to expert for Ansell products.
  • Coaching and empowering distributors by training their teams on Ansell products, running joint calls, in-services, and promotional programs to win business.
  • Strategizing effectively by creating monthly territory plans, identifying new opportunities, and utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce to stay sharp.
  • Leading in the field by networking at medical exhibitions, CMEs, trade shows, and local healthcare forums, managing budgets, and gathering market intelligence through market research.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • 7+ years of strong field sales experience in Surgical Gloves, Medical Devices, Examination Gloves, or Healthcare PPE.
  • Graduation in any stream, with an MBA preferred but not mandatory for candidates with a proven sales track record.
  • Proven ability to convert end-users and grow distributors, along with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and execution skills, with the ability to meet targets consistently.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, reporting, and data-driven selling techniques.
