Responsible for order and inventory accuracy in the SAP and WMS system.
Cover warehouse shift operations to meet service, cost, quality, productivity, and health and safety standards, including transportation coordination and product recovery execution.
Conduct Distribution Centers and Outside Storage physical/virtual inventory counts.
Execution of daily tasks on order and inventory accuracy resulting in system data integrity.
Ensuring that the inventory management system always agrees with external warehouses and reflective of inventory in-transit and on-hand throughout the warehouses.
Daily maintenance of warehouse discrepancies through GI and GR routine.
Responsible for Key Performance Indicators as Inventory Accuracy, SCO (inventory counting, market returns and breakage), 09 reconciliation, etc.
Responsible for monitoring market returns within their regions.
Assisting in shift coverage during vacation/sick time of Logistics Coordinator.
Helps Supervisors to monitor and put action plan forward for the control of core working capital from a distribution perceptive and to proactively manage POC Filtrate in order to increase profitability, generate savings and gain efficiencies.
University degree, preferably in Business, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Experience : supply chain/logistics background, direct experience working in the warehouse operations with a unionized workforce will be an asset
Technical Competencies : demonstrate high attention to detail, proven ability to define, implement and execute leading practice processes in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. A proven track record of achievement, solid technical and analytical skills and reputation as a leader of change.
Excellent computer, analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent training and presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.
