We’re partnering with a growing Canadian transportation and logistics provider seeking a high-performing National Sales Manager to drive new business development and expand strategic accounts across Eastern Canada.

What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development across a national Canadian territory
- Identify, prospect, and close new opportunities within transportation, freight, warehousing, and supply chain solutions
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and strategic accounts
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM systems
- Travel within Canada as needed to support business development and client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience within transportation, logistics, freight, or 3PL environments
- Proven success generating new business and growing existing accounts
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to manage a full sales pipeline
- Experience selling transportation, freight brokerage, warehousing, or supply chain solutions
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented approach
- Comfortable managing a national territory and traveling as required

- Experience selling into food & beverage, retail, manufacturing, or hospitality sectors
- Familiarity with:
- LTL
- FTL
- Intermodal
- Freight brokerage
- Warehousing solutions
- Existing industry relationships or book of business
Compensation & Perks
- Base salary: $65,000–$80,000
- Uncapped commission structure based on:
- New business generation
- Retained business
- Account growth
- $500/month car allowance
- Annual KPI bonus opportunities up to $4,500
- Travel expenses covered per company policy
Location
Mississauga Ontario with travel across Canada as needed.
