Job Description
Role: Real Estate – Sourcing & Closing Manager
Location: Navi Mumbai & KDMC
Purpose of the Role:
To generate leads, manage client interactions, and drive end-to-end property sales closures in the assigned market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source leads through Channel Partners, brokers, and direct networks
- Handle client queries and conduct site visits
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless deal execution
- Track and report daily sales activities and pipeline
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in real estate sales/sourcing preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Good knowledge of Navi Mumbai real estate market
