Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Experience Lead located in Pune District. The Client Experience Lead will oversee customer interactions, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. This role involves managing client relationships, addressing feedback, and continuously enhancing the overall customer experience. The role requires active collaboration with design teams to align client expectations with project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own client relationships end-to-end
- Lead client meetings with clarity and authority
- Handle escalations (delays, budgets, design issues)
- Ensure clear and structured communication
- Coordinate with design, execution, and purchase teams
- Maintain a premium client experience throughout the project
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficiency in managing Customer Experience and handling client relationships
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Proven ability to resolve issues and ensure client-centered outcomes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in luxury interiors or design industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team and in an on-site capacity
