1. Client Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients for shipment clearance.
• Address client queries and provide timely updates on the shipment process.

2. Documentation Management:

• Ensure all necessary documents are collected from customers for shipment clearance.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents.

3. Follow-up & Communication:

• Proactively follow up with customers through voice calls and emails.
• Provide clear and concise information regarding the status of shipments.

4. Reporting & Updates:

• Update the Team Leader on the progress of customer communications and shipment status.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Graduation in any stream (Commerce, Science, Arts).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in customer service and relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
