Job Role: Microsoft 365/SharePoint Administrator

Location: Albany, New York (Onsite)

Contract

Requested Qualifications

7 Years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 doing administrative tasks such as maintenance (including backup/restore), setup, upgrades, migration etc.

7 Years of experience in SharePoint doing development in SharePoint sites and site collections such as maintenance of workflows, lists and design.

7 Years of experience troubleshooting issues and provide customer support for service requests and incidents related to Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 including on-premises environments.

7 Years of experience in M365 SharePoint Administration, Governance and Migration of site collections using Sharegate.

7 Years of experience supporting Teams, OneDrive for Business including educating administrators and users on the benefits and collaboration features available.

7 Years of experience working with Active Directory, eDiscovery, PowerShell, DLP and other supporting technologies to M365 and Dynamics 365 tenants.

4 Years of enterprise support for Dynamics 365 including environment setup, Power Apps integration, Power Automate Integration, Power Pages, and Power BI.

Bachelor s Degree in a technology-related field.
