Job Description
7+ years of experience with strong expertise in Telecom, mobile app development, mobile user journeys, and digital product ecosystems.
Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for web & mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms.
Skilled in creating detailed functional and non-functional specifications including app workflows, UI/UX requirements, API request/response mappings, and integration rules.
Hands-on experience working with product teams to translate business goals into mobile app features, wireframes, and user stories.
Proficient in BA tools and methodologies such as Jira, Confluence, UML, BPMN, user journey mapping, and acceptance criteria definition.
Strong collaboration skills for working closely with mobile developers, UX/UI designers, QA testers, and product owners to deliver app features successfully.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability to identify gaps in app usability, performance, navigation flow, and backend integrations.
